I was able to log into Origin just now (I'm on 7 at the moment though) so the service isn't down at the moment... A lot of early game balance is very weird. I found Mystic to be really OP in anything Solo related, since you just summon 2 Thralls and they draw all the aggro and do very good damage, on top of your occasional decent bursts as well.
